• The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, Inc. (referred to as “PACCGA”), a 501 (c) (6) non-profit organization, its Officers, its Board of Directors, its Board of Advisors, its members and/or its representatives, may organize and host several in-person and/or virtual events throughout the year such as the TOAST monthly members’ meetings, general members’ meetings, meetings of its Officers, its Board of Directors and/or its Board of Advisors, talks, training, seminars, workshops, conferences, and other meetings or events.

• By joining the in-person and/or virtual meetings or events referred to above, you are made aware that you are voluntarily entering an in-person or virtual location or venue where photo, video, audio and other forms of image- or audio-capture may or is going to take place.
   

• You hereby consent to photo, video, audio and other forms of image- or audio-capture, taking, recording or digitizing and you consent to PACCGA, its Officers, its Board of Directors, its Board of Advisors, its members and/or its representatives to release, publish, exhibit, display or reproduce for the general purpose of promoting PACCGA’s meetings or events listed above or for archiving in the PACCGA website, social media channels utilized by PACCGA (Ex. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, etc.) and other communication channels.

• You hereby consent that the photo, video, audio and other forms of image- or audio-capture, taking, recording or digitizing which was / were obtained from PACCGA’s meetings and/or events listed above may be used to promote similar PACCGA meetings or events in the future.

• You hereby release PACCGA, its Officers, its Board of Directors, its Board of Advisors, its members and/or its representatives and each and all persons or entities involved from any and all liability related to photo, video, audio and other forms of image- or audio-capture, taking, recording or digitizing.

• By entering the event in-person or virtual location or venue of the events listed above, you waive any and all rights to payment or royalties related to the release, publication, display, exhibition or reproduction of the photo, video, audio and other forms of image- or audio-capture.

• You waive your right to inspect or pre-approve or approve the photo, video, audio and image- or audio-capture, taking, recording or digitizing to be undertaken by PACCGA, its Officers, its Board of Directors, its Board of Advisors, its members and/or its representatives.

• You have been fully informed that you have given your consent to this general release and waiver of liability before entering the event in-person or virtual location or venue of the events listed above.
